¼ oz Allspice Dram
1 oz Dark jamaican rum
1 oz Demerara rum
½ oz Grapefruit juice
¾ oz Lime juice
½ oz Simple syrup
Lime wedge - for garnish
Mint sprig - for garnish

Instructions

Combine the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the drink is sufficiently chilled. Strain the drink into the chilled Double rocks glass. Garnish with the Lime wedge, and the Mint sprig.

About the ingredients

The ratio of sugar to water is 1:1 by volume for normal simple syrup, but can get up to 2:1 for rich simple syrup.
