A customer asked milanese bartender Mirko Stocchetto at Bar Basso to prepare a Negroni, and Mirko mistakenly reached out for a bottle of prosecco instead of gin. Realizing this variation made sense, the Negroni Sbagliato was born. Sbagliato means "bungled" or "mistaken" in Italian. This cocktail has the classic sharp taste of Negroni with a few bubbles for enjoyment.
