Instructions

Combinez les ingrédients dans un verre à mélange rempli de glace et remuez jusqu'à ce que la boisson soit suffisamment refroidie. Filtrer la boisson dans le verre à Cocktail refroidi. Garnir avec le/la Zeste d'orange.

Tequila: Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila 65 km (40 mi) northwest of Guadalajara, and in the Jaliscan Highlands (Los Altos de Jalisco) of the central western Mexican state of Jalisco. The red volcanic soils in the region of Tequila are well suited for growing the blue agave, and more than 300 million of the plants are harvested there each year. Agave grows differently depending on the region. Blue agaves grown in the highlands Los Altos region are larger and sweeter in aroma and taste. Agaves harvested in the valley region have a more herbaceous fragrance and flavor. Due to its historical and cultural importance, the region near Tequila was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006, the Agave Landscape and Ancient Industrial Facilities of Tequila.
Angostura Bitters: L'Angostura (parfois orthographié Angustura) ou Angostura aromatic bitters est une boisson alcoolisée de couleur brune, titrant à 44,7 % vol., fabriquée et commercialisée par House of Angostura. Elle est élaborée à base de rhum, de gentiane, d'écorces d'orange, de substances amères et d'aromates. Il s'agit d'un concentré d'essences, de type bitter, utilisé pour les cocktails, fabriqué à Trinidad. Le nom Angostura se réfère à la ville de laquelle il tient son origine, Angostura, maintenant appelée Ciudad Bolivar, au Vénézuéla.
Campari: Campari est une entreprise italienne, fondée à Milan en 1860, basée à Sesto San Giovanni, dans la province de Milan, produisant un amaro de couleur rouge vif, parfumé avec de l'écorce d'orange et diverses herbes aromatiques.
