笔记

The Mexican shakeado style: shake both ingredients hard with ice for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty, then strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. The Spanish puesto (layered) version pours the Licor 43 over ice first, then floats the hot espresso gently over the back of a spoon. Both styles use the same 45/45 ml ratio. 查看更多两种成分的鸡尾酒

Carajillo 起源故事

The Carajillo is a traditional Spanish drink combining coffee with a spirit — the name likely derives from 'coraje' (courage), echoing the colonial-era tradition of soldiers fortifying their coffee with rum. In Spain it is classically made with brandy or rum. The Licor 43 version exploded in Mexico around 2015, largely through brand promotion, and is now one of the most ordered cocktails in Mexican bars and restaurants.
